Green-Rainbow Party Strategic Electoral Plans for 2003/2004

What is here

This page contains links to the Green-Rainbow Party Strategic Electoral Plan for 2003/2004 and its various subplans. The Candidate Development and Legal Committee worked on these documents over the last eight months and put a great deal of thought and effort into making it workable plan for the party. As a testament to that fact, the Strategic Electoral Plan was approved without additions at the Green-Rainbow Party state convention on 6/22/2003. The first three subplans were approved by the state committee on 9/13/2003.

What is next - The 2004 Campaign Plan

The Candidate Development and Legal committee is committed to delivering the 2004 campaign plan to the state committee for approval at the January 2003 state committee meeting:

  • 2004 Campaign Plan – Draft Version Due 12/1/2003

The campaign plan is considered to be a draft until approved by the State Committee.

The Candidate Development and Legal committee seeks the input of all members in crafting this plan. Our desire is to come up a campaing plan that is focused on the grassroots and provides local chapters with the tools they will need to identify candidates for state, county and local offices in 2003 and 2004 and build grassroots campaigns to advance our message and get Green-Rainbow candidates into office.
