[candidate-development] proposal for State Comm-please respond

Hi CDLC,

On June 1, I made 2 proposals for the next State Comm. meeting in July. 
One of them deals with changes for the State Comm.

The second proposal (below) pertains to changes in the committee 
structure, which concerns members of CDLC.

I am asking for your feedback to this proposal.
