Thanks for opening the discussion, Mike.

John Walsh has talked about running for US Congress, but I don't know
whether he will do so.

The key item you have missed is all of the town elections (300+) that
will occur in the first half of 2008, mostly in the April-May time
frame. Signature requirements are low and the probabilility of
winning (especially for those 30+ towns that have elected town meeting
members) is higher than any other races.

Dave England is working on maps of where we did well, but in the
meantime anyone can look through the 2006 election results spreadsheet
I put together:

http://www.green-rainbow.org/Committees/Candidate_Development_Legal/Documents/06results.xls

Sort by either Grace's, Jill's, mine or the combined GRP results (some
towns did better for Jill and some for me) and figure out which towns
we should focus on rebuilding locals and finding good candidates.

Elie was working on a spreadsheet of what form of government each town
has based on the one we did in 2001 and new data.
