[candidate-development] CDLC needs co-chairs CORRECTION!!!

Gary,

I didn't know that a co-chair had to take on all of that responsibility.

I'm sure glad that I never rose higher than the position of Interim 
Coordinator.

Maybe we should seek a Male and Female Interim Coordinators?
