Well it calls a spade a spade without even naming the principal  
offender.
And how is it we all know who it is even though no one is named?

The point is that this is NOT calumnious and in fact simply states  
that certain behavior is bad for the GRP.
What is the alternative - to hide what one feels is the truth out of  
fear of being charged with calumney?  That would be cowardly and just  
plain wrong.
