Jamie,
I have sent these.
By its nature, the proposal cannot be considered final, because it is  
incomplete.
There are yet 7 selections to be made, (for the Nader slate) which, if  
made solely for the ends of geographical, gender parity, and what I  
have already pointed out as glaring failures to meet the 'diversity  
goals' --- they actually were 'met' selectively ---  could easily  
exceed the quotas.

The latest version with corrections and addition of information  
concerning delegates, may be taken as the one approved since the error  
and missing data was provided to the State Committee meeting data  
before the vote.
