jvwalshmd at gmail.com is not an email address that is a member of the
list.  John.Walsh at umassmed.edu is.

It was probably rejected for that reason since as one of the two
administrators I never received an email that a message was held.
That is what usually happens when someone posts a message to too many
lists.
