[candidate-development] Tassinari letter - 2nd attempt

Superb.  I agree with Mike that dirty tricks in the electoral process  
are one of the hallmarks on the duopoly.  Along with backroom deals  
to frustrate votes.
He (and Grace too) are to be commended for their stance against such  
ugly tactics.
