The CDLC telecon that was tentatively scheduled for tonight will not
take place.  The CDLC co-chairs report that they have been preoccupied
with clarifying certain legal issues that will determine our work
plan.   The telecon will be rescheduled when there is sufficient
clarity to permit a productive meeting.
