[candidate-development] Primary results for front page

Dear CDLC,

I'd like to post the data and explanation below to the front page of
the website.

The results are in decreasing order, with "No Preference" included
in that order, but "Write-ins" included at the bottom because they
represent individual, untabulated choices. I include the blanks in
my comparison to 2004, but not in the total votes for determining
the percentages. Should I add present a "Vote Total" as 1941,
with another line saying "Total (valid)": 1864?

Also not sure about whether/how to label things.

Any feedback?

Thanks,
Eli
