     Attached is a six-page memo to be sent by CDLC to AdCom telling them what  the delegate allocation is from the primary.  There are no surprises,  although John will be dismayed by what he considers a deviation from the  plan.
  
 I had the first three pages drafted before the numbers came in and was able  to revise them into something coherent an logical.  The fourth page was  written between midnight and 2 am and may seem not as well thought  through.  It may also be something that should be taken out and brought up  in a not-to-distant later discussion.  
  
 I take no pride of authorship.  Where this document should be clearer,  or improved, let's do it.
  
 Deadlines: AdCom meets Monday evening and needs this memo before  then.  Hopefully Sunday morning at the latest.  The memo also needs to  be circulated among the full CDLC.  Please give this your earliest  attention and send me all your changes.  I will incorporate them and send  it out again to the full committee.
