Unfortunately, the original draft of the delegate-allocation memo has been  
circulated to the entire CDLC.  The revised memo, which contains one  
significant change, is addressed as coming from DvEngland.  That is the one  you should 
read and respond with your comments on.
 
The significant change has to do with the assignment of Jared Ball's  
delegate.  Ball dropped out in favor of Cynthia McKinney, and the revised  memo 
recommends that his delegate be assigned to her.
