[candidate-development] statecom proposal re ballot question on predatory lending

Greetings,

Just to report that I have posted a StateCom proposal regarding
selecting MAAPL's work as a subject for one GRP local ballot
initiative. I kept it fairly simple and noted that exact wording of
the initiative will be provided to StateCom before the StateCom
meeting.

Today is the deadline when proposals should be posted. So if something
isn't in final form, I suggest a place-holder be posted.
