[candidate-development] [adcom] delegate allocation

Well, the statecom did not decide the allocation - since we reaffirmed our
pretty mangled Delegate Selection Plan - it clearly states that allocatin is
decided by CDLC and adcom not the statecom.

And Eli - however tired of this you are - I am surely AT LEAST as tired.

I agree BASTA - problem is I think it is absolutely clear that Brown, Ball
and Nader are not candidates and therefore cannot get delegates. And if you
considered them candidates at the time of the primary, they have certainly
released their delegates by announcing they are not seeking the Green Presidential
Nomination, they clearly at not now seeking delegates.

You want BASTA to mean the opposite.

and we are all on adcom.

So if we have to make a decision by email that is anything but concensus, we
have only one email decision-making process vetted and agreed to be the party
- and that takes three weeks. If someone wants to put out a proposal today.

I think a face-to-face meeting will be both more productive and take less
time.

And clearly, time lines are not in any way binding since we have not been
bound by any of the time lines in the Delegate Selection Plan to-date... so
lets just schedule when we can...

Yours, Grace
