[candidate-development] [adcom] delegate allocation

Grace, the power is in your hands to stop being tired of this.
Really.

The decision has been made -- one that you are clearly not happy with (which
seems to be a recurring theme, or is it a recurring dream?).

It is a misrepresentation (to put it mildly) that we simply reaffirmed the
delegate selection plan. We added this piece:

"Candidates that are not in communication with their delegates to
instruct them after the first vote or
roll call have effectively released and freed their delegates"

We added it to address Brown, Ball, and Nader -- agreeing that there was
nothing we could do except to
a) hope maybe they release their delegates or
b) free their delegates after the first roll call

I find any attempt to represent otherwise an abuse of trust, power, and
process, all wrapped up into one.

Believe me that I mean ENOUGH when I say BASTA, and I beg you to stop this
apparently endless posturing.

Yours in the convoluted struggle,

Eli
