Eli - please document any decision made - I have been at every emeting - no
decision has been made.
Tassinari was asked about what consituted released - she told us to ask our
own lawyer - we ahve not agreed to engage a lawyer. I asked that figures for
apportinment when "release" happens after apportionent and when "release"
happens before apportionment.
We still have no legal advice on the definition of release.
And unless you can point to some decision I have missed, then "BASTA now!"
means - no apportionment - no delegates for the convention - is that what you
are proposing?
Thanks, Grace
