Merelice - we can tweak the time line (already have and re-afirmed our right
to do so at the statecom meeting) and we just got another revised memo-

Let's take the time to do this right...

We also need to address how we are going to do outreach to all GRP's to get
more delegates for uncommitted slots (and to fil all of these other slots if we
assign them to candidates who won't fill them).

Everyone has an equal right to run as a delegate to be appointed by statecom
- how do folks suggest we recruit additional nominees for delegates when the
only way we reach all our party members is through a newsletter? We clearly
don't have time or money for another newsletter - and it is not really legal to
hand pick people we happen to know?????

Thanks, Grace
