[ComCom] Need immediate help: tommorrow alternative state budgt press conf

Hi, everyone-

So I got tentative permission from adcom on Saturday to move a head with a 
press conference to delineate what a just budget for the state might look ilke 
and we need to get it out before Patrick does his.

I need major help as soon as we secure a site (hopefully in the next hour) - 
with the press release, and media phone calls-

This could be a huge splash - and again position us as the folks with the 
real goods in this state -
