[Convention] One More Convention Item

In speaking with Devens today, they indicated that
they have extended the hours of their on-site pub.
This means that we don't have to have a bar setup
specifically for our Saturday evening event, and we
can thus avoid the $100 bar set-up fee. The pub is
apparently in the same building as our rooms and
people are free to walk around with their drinkies and
take them from the pub to the room where we will have
the evening entertainment. Also it sounds like folks
from convention committee have not had much luck in
getting a band to agree to play - correct?
