Couple of comments:
1) We do not have to break even. It would be nice to or even take
some money in over.
2) Last year 2003 for a two day convention we lost only a few hundred
dollars. The year before 2002 was thousands lost for just a one day
convention. Just thought you would like to know.
3) Last year we paid $1,042 for 53.5 hours of childcare -- and we
were way overbooked (4 in the morning, going down to two after 4
hours minimum we guaranteed). If we have one person all day this year
for two days that might be about 18 hours for about $360.
