Hi Samantha,
We are all trying together as a team to ensure we have the best
convention we can with the most people. It is not your fault that the
turnout is less than we hoped at this point. I am going to the PO
Box on friday to see what else has come in.

We can make tags the day of the convention for folks who register late.
We have enough money to cover the cost of the second payment and insurance.
One thing i never asked and missed if it was related, when is the
money for the food due?

If we are extending the deadline, and someone wants to still get
food, then they will have to do the extra work of faxing the form.
That only seems fair.
