[Convention] Item for the Packet?

Hi Jim...

The things in the packet from ConvCom will be:

schedule (if you need a new one) from Samantha
map of Devens from Rich
workshop titiles and dessriptions (if available) from Wanda
Evalution form from Mark or Samantha 
Ballots from Rich (which will not be part of the packet, but could
  they be copied at the same time?)


Other things from other people:

Bylaws changes from Dan
Candidate statements from ? candidates or membership?
Proposals from ? I believe they were sent to the PO Box
How to make a floor proposal (from statecom meeting in January)


Do we need:

Copy of consensus process?
Copy of standing rules for convention (from StateCom on 4/10)?
Descriptions of officers to be nominated?


I can't think of anything else at the moment...
