[Convention] Verifying Regular Proposals for State Convention

Adcom, Statecom, Locals:

This is just to double-check that I have not
overlooked any proposals that were submitted by the
deadline for vetting and inclusion in the state
convention packet. I have gone through all the email
to the GRP office account and these appear to be the
only three proposals that were submitted for inclusion
in the state convention packet. If I have overlooked
any, please let me know right away.
