[Convention] First conv.plan. meeting?

Hi everyone, welcome to the wonderful world of convention planning.  If
I am not mistaken, this message should be going out to Emily, Rob, Gary,

the Richards and Gil.  Here's the suggestion.  Unfortunately the
Northampton Green local has folded up due to lack of participation.
They have a free meeting place in N'ton reserved for the first monday of

every month through the end of the year.  Since they are not using that
space anymore, we can.  Can we have our first meeting in N'ton on either

September 6 or October 4?  Does anyone think we need to get together
earlier or meet somewhere else? Let me know your opinions so we can get
the ball rolling.
