MARCH MEETING OF THE CONVENTION PLANNING COMMITTEE

DATE:  Thursday, 3/4/2004

TIME:  6:30 PM

LOCATION:  81 Conz Street, Northampton (Walter Salvo House)

DIRECTIONS:   If coming from the east down the Mass Pike, take exit 4 and go 
onto Route 91 North until you reach exit 18, which should put you on Routee 5 
North.  Go about a half mile on 5 North until you see Conz street on the left 
immediately after a bowling alley on the left.  81 Conz is less than a half 
mile down Conz on the left, park in the rear.  If you have any questions feel

TENTATIVE AGENDA:

- Status of individual action items (see minutes of February meeting -- 
Teleconference on 2/19)

- Update from Mark's meeting with Adcom

- Upcoming teleconference with Adcom

- Everything that's going to get done (and who's going to do it) at the 
Convention

NOTE:  I realize that the last item on the above agenda is kind of squishy.  
We can  modify the item if we need to (as with all items on the above agenda).
