[Convention] Convention Planning Meeting Scheduled!!!

The next meeting of the Convention Planning Committee has been scheduled for 
Saturday, May 22nd, at 7:00 PM.  The location is the Salisbury Green Clubhouse 
in Worcester.  Driving Directions are at the bottom of this email.  There is 
MBTA train service from Boston to Worcester.  In addition, there is Inter-City 
bus service from Worcester and Springfield to Worcester.  

This will be the first planning meeting for the 2005 State Convention.

There is MBTA train service from Boston to Worcester.  In addition, there is 
bus service from Springfield to Worcester and from Boston to Worcester.  Let 
me know if you plan to use one of these modes of travel, and I will get you at 
the Bus (or Train) station in Worcester.  You can contact me at

DRIVING DIRECTIONS 

From the Mass Pike: 
Take exit 10 (Routes 395, 12, & 290). 
Follow signs for 290 East to Worcester. 
Get off Route 290 at exit 17. 
Turn left at the end of the exit ramp. 
Turn right at the second traffic light. 
Get into the left lane and then take a quick left. 
Go through 4 traffic lights.  (You will pass the Worcester Art Museum and WPI 
on your left.) 
The fourth traffic light is at the corner of Salisbury Street and Park 
Avenue.   
Follow the directions below (FROM THE CORNER OF SALISBURY AND PARK) 

From Route 495: 
Take exit 25 to Route 290 (Worcester). 
Get off Route 290 at exit 18. 
Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Then take a VERY QUICK RIGHT. 
Go through 4 traffic lights. (You will pass the Worcester Art Museum and WPI 
on your left.) 
The fourth traffic light is at the corner of Salisbury Street and Park 
Avenue.   
Follow the directions below (FROM THE CORNER OF SALISBURY AND PARK) 

FROM THE CORNER OF SALISBURY AND PARK 
Drive straight through the traffic light at the corner of Salisbury and Park. 
Bear left at the fork about 0.3 mi. from the corner of Salisbury and Park.  
(This keeps you on Salisbury Street.) 
Follow Salisbury Street about 3 miles to Salisbury Green (790 Salisbury 
Street).  The meeting is in the clubhouse, which is the first building on your 
left.  There is a parking lot just beyond the clubhouse
