[Convention] Convention Location?

Hi Jim,
We met, Lisa, me and Jon.

Here are some points.  We agreed that the convention should be held in Eastern MA, say Rte 128 north, eg half way from Boston to Western part of state. 

I am looking into two places, the Middlesex County 4H in Westford Ma ($400/day and a Girl Scout camp in North Andover $340/per overnight..  Lisa is contacting Camp Virginia in Bolton MA. Also, I am going to look into a 4H camp in Ashby.

We schedule a meeting in Worcester, Tadmuck for Dec 4th. I am trying to find out if there is an AdCom teleconference call that day also.  We plan to meet at 10 am.

We agreed with Jon's idea of no food costs, supplying a continental breakfast and one meal, another meal with leftovers.

It was a very productive meeting.  Jon and Lisa may have more to say.

Who makes the decisions on the date.  The places I called had specific dates available so to wait very long is not advisable.
