[Convention] Possible Convention Site

Hi,

Here is a potential site for our convention. Check it out.  I will be calling or e-mailing tomorrow or if one of you folks could do it I would appreciate it. Let me know. This place sounds great.

we are looking for accommodations for at least 100.  Want a kitchen so we can cook our own food.  Does not need to have quarters for overnight though this one does.  We, the committee who met Sunday, thought at least two days for the convention with workshops and at least 2 meals free.  We want a more interaction with members of the party.  This place has a field for games.

The site map shows a number of buildings. The cost appears to be below what we are considering, eg $1000.
