Please respond to this reply and there are dates available that need to
be discussed.
Anne
Anne:

I believe the that our camp site has a great potential of hosting
your
party's event. The only problem that I see is the large meeting and
eating
area. Our dining hall has room for up to 120 people. Even during our
summer program, we have to have two separate shifts of campers eating to
accommodate the numbers. We do have a large recreation hall, which can
fit
about 200 people. It could be set up to host the dining and large
meetings.

As for availability, in May, we are booked for every weekend except the

first one (May 6-8). There are openings during the week (Mon. - Thurs.)
for
the entire month. We do not yet have any bookings in June, but the last
available date would be Sunday, June 19th, due to our staff orientation
starting on June 20th.

Perhaps you would like to arrange a visit sometime soon (before the
snow
comes). I am free most days after 4, and most weekends. Let me know if
this would be something that you would like to arrange.

I look forward to hearing from you soon,
  Steve LaFountain
  Director
