Hi Members of the State Convention,

I sent the following e-mail out on 11/22 and only got one response.

I am not sure that the date open for Camp Middlesex is still available
for May 6-8. I will send them an e-mail this evening.

I also talked with the representative of the Middlesex County 4-H grounds
in Westford MA. The only week-end dates available is June 25 and 26th,
July 2 and 3 and July 16 and 17. There are single Saturdays on May 14,
and June 18th, There are buildings for workshops, an area for cooking
food and serving. I tentatively reserved June 25 and 26. If this is too
late in the month then let me know. If there are no additional dates
that any of you think are okay then we can scratch the Middlesex County
4-H grounds.

Whereby noone other than Gary has responded to my e-mails concerns me.
My concern is that if we do not decide soon on an available date, we may
lose the slots that are available to us. Is there any reasons why there
have been no responses? Are we waiting for our next meeting on Dec 11th
at Tadmuck. Has someone reserved the meeting at Tadmuck? Time is 10 am.
I cannot do this by myself so please respond with your opinions.

Anne

I have looked into 3 places, and if because of folks not making
suggestions and decisions about the available dates,
