Hi Anne, I'm sorry for not getting back to you. I've fallen into the
terrible habit of only checking my emails once every couple of weeks and it
is starting to get me into trouble. How did humans ever survive before
email? Anyway, back to business. I thought all of the places and dates
that we discussed at the last meeting in N'ton would've been good. I forgot
exactly the nuances between them but I don't have any objection to you
reserving the one you mention in your email. But if you mean by reserve that
we're committed to payment then you should run it by the Adcom for final
approval unless Adcom says we have to bring the decision before the statecom.

I just don't think our committee should be committing state party funds
without higher approval, I don't think we can anyway. But your place and
dates sound ok to me. If you get higher approval and have no complaints from
anyone else I say lets reserve the space. Again I appologize for getting
emails back late, unfortunately it will probably happen again. If you need
FAST feedback from me to a question I suggest you feel free to call me and
ask directly. 413 - 529 - 0742

Good Luck Jon
