Dear Convention planners,

The AdCom has set the end of Feb for the deadline to have the final  
articles and registration form info for the convention ready to go into  
the newsletters.

It was suggested that you get the links to the PDF files of the last  
two convention registration forms and the newsletters they were in as a  
starting point to work from.
