I thought we had it all sorted out but in looking at
what was up on the website and working to update that
with the info below, I found a few problems.
1) We need to make sure we have Daycare from 9 am to
6:30 pm on Saturday (not just till 6) and on Sunday
also Daycare must start at 9 am and go until 5 pm.
2) The Sunday workshops: on the timeline I got from
Lisa and Anne had the morning workshops on Sunday
entitled "Addressing Race and Class Bias in the Party
and Rights-based Organizing" and "Establishing
Democracy in Massachusetts". This didn't jive with the
descriptions up on the website so I changed it to
match that: "Addressing Race and Class Bias i the
Party" and "Rights-Based Organizing: Establishing
Democracy in Massachusetts". Please let me know which
way is correct.
3) The workshop descriptions that are up on the
website are good but there is no description up there
for the Future of the Party Workshop or the Palestine
Workshop. I would like to include descriptions of all
workshops in the Packet so if Julie and Ron or whoever
is leading these two, could email descriptions to me
by Tuesday, that would be great.
