Greetings,
Below is part of Sunday's schedule. I thought AdCom had an extensive
discussion about when the elections should take place and decided that many people may
attend only on Saturday and the ballots should be passed out and collected on
Saturday, with results announced on Sunday. THIS IS IMPORTANT.

Also, I have a serious concern about the title of the workshop: The Failure
of the Peace Movement. I don't remember how the workshop was described to us at
AdCom, but why would we want to set up such a division? How would we feel if
we learned that the Peace Movement was offering a workshop entitled, "The
Failure of the Green-Rainbow Party." One of the purposes of this convention is to
reach out to EVERYONE. I know some peace activists who might come, and this
would be alienating rather than coalition building. Please, let's get a
different title.
