[Convention] Convention planning meetings

The Convention Planning Committe, well, two members,
met on Thursday, 8/10, and outlined a number of
aspects that need to be arranged, [including childcare,
transportation, food, and possible agenda composing.]
We will be meeting on Tuesday, 8/15, location and time
to be decided, [but likely at Denny's in Leominster, in
the early evening.]

We would love the assistance of any MGRP members
who want to help arrange the State Convention. It will
be held in a little more than one month, on Saturday,
September 16, at the Girl Scout's Center in Waltham, MA.
Please consider joining us to arrange a good convention!
