[Convention] convention info for the newsletter

What newsletter? Dan, our GRP Treasurer said that there was not enough time 
or money to put one out. WE discussed a post card with the needed information. 
Please check the notes from the last convention committee meeting we had for 
the needed information. Could someone clarify what has changed and when this 
decision was made and by who to send a newsletter out at this late date?
