[Convention] Postcard Convention Notification

Peoples,

As I've told folks in my previous message, [sent to individuals who've
been involved in convention planning and discussion of this postcard,]
I've begun putting together our postcard. As AdCom decided last night,
the postcard will be sent to a limited number of members and notification
through newspaper advertisements and phonebanking will take place.
Now, thanks to a little help from a member, I am able to save my rough
document as a PDF file, so it can be attached to GRP listserv messages.
Note that this is only a very rough copy. Following hearing folks' input,
I will "dress it up" a bit, with logos and nicer text.

We need feedback, now! Do not hesitate to tell the entire group any
ommissions, additions, and ideas that will imprve this mailing.
