<< Lisa,
Thank you for everything and for response to Martina's question.
I read David's report [best report of adcom decision-making that I have
seen since Ive been around] on the Adcom meeting.
But I found no details on State Convention.
Where?
When?
Agenda?
The reason I am asking you is 1) that you were kind enough to answer
Martina, 2) I just finished reading Mike's inspiring letter that tells
us just what we have to do to start moving, 3) I left a message on
Colby's voice mail after I looked on our GRP Website and found no
additional information that I need to start telephoning, people on my
list for Cambridge, to let people know about it.
Can you tell me who has what we need to start working on

[from Adcom meeting Item 2. My underlining] The members present
consensed to a proposal by Ron that convention notification consist of
1. notices in newspapers with an emphasis on low-income communities, 2.
a limited mailing of up to 500 postcards to our most active members
(estimated cost $150), 3. an effort to make phone calls to up to 1000
members, 4. email to all online members, 5. hand distribution of flyers
or the postcard at events.

Peace,
Elie >>
