[Convention] 2006 GRP Conventio Postcard

Paul, thanks for drafting the postcard. I don't think we need the
year a third time. I guess the facilities phone number wouldn't hurt
if there is usually someone there to answer. If no one answers the
phone there then we probably shouldn't give it out. I think a second
phone number of someone on the convention committee would be helpful,
preferably a cell phone. I guess we should see how firm the agenda
is after tonight's meeting before deciding what to say about the
agenda on the card.

For people who don't need a wheelchair accessible station, Waverly
and Waltham stations are both much closer than Brandeis. We need to
keep in mind the train schedules when planning the timing of the
events. There are only about 8 trains per day on Saturdays. Coming
from Fitchburg, the first train to Brandeis arrives at 7:49 and the
second one at 10:19 then 12:14. Coming from Boston the first train
arrives at Brandeis at 9:03 then 11:48.

We need to get a list of most active members. I don't have this.
Maybe Dan Melnechuk would have it. We need to mail out the postcards
to the most active members soon. And we need to organize the phone
calling effort. This notification stuff should be on the agenda tonight.
