[Convention] pls help plan Sept 16 Convention

Gary,

This was the only date available at the location that fit the  
constraints of end of august up to state primary. Sometimes there are  
just going to be conflicts in life.

And we usually only have 1 state convention a year. District 7  
roundtable has 12 meetings a year. So perhaps all of District 7  
roundtable can come to the convention for this saturday. Gary, will  
you invite them or should i?
