[Convention] I do need a ride, and accomodations

Dear Adcom,
I thought I could catch a bus to the convention and back home.  However, the 
bus doesn't run after 5pm in the Summer.  So my options are either to take 
my PCA's car and use a manual chair or have you hire a wheelchair accessible 
van.  As I am on the convention committee I am open to whatever the party 
feels would be best for it.  However if I am in my manual chair, I will be 
less able to help out with convention stuff.
Has anyone checked on the bathroom?  I don't want to be sending convention 
notices to disability lists if people will get there and not be able to pee. 
  You can just build a ramp, you also need to install a grab bar into studs 
in the wall near the toilet.  I don't think whoever is allowing us to have 
the convention on their property would like it very much if we install stuff 
without telling them.  Although maybe they'd be happy to get free 
accomodation work done but you should check with them first of course.
