Hi Convention Planning Committee:

My messages are coming in very slowly from the GRP to my computer. I 
just checked the archives again and there was a message from Grace that 
she would call at 9:30. I called at 9:38 and no one was on line, so I 
just hung up.

Nice try by those of us who wanted to meet.

I want to be clear. I need some feedback and some assistance. And I 
would be very happy to offer feedback and assistance to others.

I will be leaving for vacation on Friday morning and won't be back until 
Thursday night, August 23.

One of the things that I'm working on is contacting and inviting the 
candidates to our convention. Elie Yarden just sent me the most current 
list (I don't have good contact info yet for some of the candidates.) I 
wrote a draft letter to the candidates and was hoping to receive some 
feedback and I need at least one person besides me to be the contact 
person. If that person will not step forward, I will not send the 
letter! How can I send a letter to the candidates without at least one 
person to be able to be the contact person while I'm on vacation.

Tomorrow I will send a progress report on the workshops.

I want to ask for a meeting ASAP--hopefully tomorrow, but no later than 
Wednesday.

This is very frustrating!
