[Convention] Emails delayed for hours, how about Weds or Thursday 9:15

Hi Everyone,

I noticed that I was receiving the GRP messages very slowly, so I kept 
on checking the archives.

By the time that I got the telephone #, it was past 9:30 and was too 
late to send a message to Convention Planning Comm.

I hope that the meeting will be on Wednesday. If it is on Thursday 
evening, I will be leaving on Friday AM and will not be as helpful as I 
could be.

Grace-thanks for stepping up and attempting to organize this.
