Dan and I keep missing each other.  I will ping him again.

I can be one of the two.  It isn't much work.

One thing Jonathan Leavitt put together way back when was a high donor
information packet.  This included a description of the party, major
accomplishments and financial information and future plans.  This
would be given to the prospective donor on the first meeting.

Yeah!  Good example moving existing donors to higher levels of
committment.  Probably would be useful to have him write down what he
did so we can get others to apply it to existing donors.
