Merelice & everyone-
I'd like to suggest again that we use justice.   Regardless of the 
race-connection, I went and checked: "justice" appears a number of times in our 10-key 
values, "fairness" not at all as far as I could tell.

So that would be another reason to stick with justice.   

I think that justice is not as widely felt a concept as fairness - 
unfortunately that's not surprising is it in our unjust society?   I would love us to 
play a role in popularizing it and maybe I'll start using "that's simply not 
just" and see if it catches on.
