[fundraising] sustainer thank-you letter

Greetings,
Attached is a pdf of a proposed thank-you letter to sustainers. I
don't recall that thank-you's have gone out to sustainers before
(except, perhaps, when they initially signed up). This one is the
result of drafts by Eva, Brian, and Merelice.

Dan, could you tell us how many sustainers we have? I'm still
optimistically hoping that Brian can get these mailed before he goes
away on Friday. I suggest giving this priority over the regular
December mailing since Eva, who has been helping with the monthly
mailings, is also going out of town over the weekend and likely won't
fit it in before she leaves.

Comments encouraged by the end of the day tomorrow (Wednesday) or
sooner, if possible. Thanks.
