Everyone,
Dan said we should be able to set up a meeting without Brian's help.
True? Or should Brian help make it happen by being in direct contact
with some folks and helping to form the agenda?* I don't think that's
a waste of money IF it results in some fundraising momentum.

In the meantime, I encourage folks to look closely at the drafted
year-long spreadsheet of fundraising activities so we can make some
progress toward anticipating needs rather than scrambling at the last
minute to get things done. For example, the spreadsheet proposed
getting out both emailed and U.S. mailed fundraising letters this
month and next.

* At the moment, we are considering the evenings of Friday, Jan. 27
and Tuesday, Jan. 31 for a conference call. And possibly (though maybe
not enthusiastically?) staying after the Exploratory Committee meeting
in Worcester on February 3.
