[fundraising] Seeking objections to spending $310 for envelopes

Since we haven't had a meeting ...

We have a quote from a printing collective for $310 for 1000 #9
envelopes and 1000 #10 envelopes.  We need these to do a mailing of
new supporters we have acquired as well as to have some on hand to
deal with our usual renewal letters.

This is money we have already budgeted and have it in our coffers.
