[fundraising] Adcom: Can Fund Comm implement Statecom decision on phonebank

Dear Fundraising Committee folks,
   
  The proposal for a three day phonebanking effort passed statecom and adcom made teh decision this morning to ask the fundraising committee to set a date for the effort and arrange for the event.
   
  I guess that means a list, a standard way of recoding data from the phone call, and a place that is large, relaxed where people can use cell phones or other available phones.

We have a quote from a printing collective for $310 for 1000 #9
envelopes and 1000 #10 envelopes. We need these to do a mailing of
new supporters we have acquired as well as to have some on hand to
deal with our usual renewal letters.

This is money we have already budgeted and have it in our coffers.

If you have any objections, please email them by noon Friday June 22nd.
