[fundraising] Adcom asked me to supervise Brian

Hi Fundraising Committee.
   
  With Jamie stepping down from fundraising director, and also from supervising Brian, the adcom was unable to find anyone who had enough left over energy to help supervise Brian.   I begged off, but adcom eventually asked me and so I agreed.
   
  I think it would be better if someone on fundraising would be willing to do this.  In the meantime, I guess I will have to do it since I told adcom that I would.
   
  Does anyone know what Brian has been experiencing in terms of supervision so that I can contnue in that mold at least for a while....and what of his evaluation.. ??? did that get done ???

  The proposal for a three day phonebanking effort passed statecom and adcom made teh decision this morning to ask the fundraising committee to set a date for the effort and arrange for the event.
   
  I guess that means a list, a standard way of recoding data from the phone call, and a place that is large, relaxed where people can use cell phones or other available phones.

We have a quote from a printing collective for $310 for 1000 #9
envelopes and 1000 #10 envelopes. We need these to do a mailing of
new supporters we have acquired as well as to have some on hand to
deal with our usual renewal letters.

This is money we have already budgeted and have it in our coffers.
